He also attained record-setting service scores and the highest employee engagement ratings in the company. Ryan led multiple teams to achieve annual VIP revenue records and profitable growth for 10 consecutive years. He began his career as a VIP Services Coordinator with Caesars Entertainment and quickly rose through the ranks, experiencing every level of the casino marketing team, including Executive Casino Host, Manager of Casino Marketing, Director of Player Development, and most recently, Vice President of Casino Marketing. Ryan boasts nearly two decades of gaming industry experience.

In this role, he is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of all Live!
